The corporate structure for Aziz Plastics Ltd has been broken down into three divisions;

• Head Office
• Factory and
• Branch offices (Regional sales offices)

The management and key team members for each division consist of talented and experienced personnel in their respected fields. There is a total of 4 General Managers over the three divisions reporting directly to the Executive Director who reports to the Managing Director.

The position of the Managing Director will be filled by Mohammed Muqeet Halim, who is also on the Board of Directors. He is a veteran entrepreneur having more than 14 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I.T and software industry, construction industry and also has extensive experience in courier industry. Mr. Halim will handle the overall management of the company and the Executive Director will be looking after the divisional and departmental heads primarily overseeing the Production and Operations Management along with the product and marketing avenues of the company. Most of the Divisional Heads will have the direct reporting responsibility to the respective Executive Director as well the Managing Director and they will be supervising their day to day departmental activities and management roles as key personnel.
